flexibleleagues – refund policy

this refund policy explains how flexibleleagues handles refunds for league registrations, events, and related payments. by registering for any flexibleleagues activity, you agree to the terms below.
1. general policy
unless otherwise stated on the specific league registration page, all sales are final once the league begins.
your spot in the league reserves court time, scheduling, and administrative resources, and is therefore non-refundable.
2. refunds before the league starts
refund requests before the season begins may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. approval depends on factors such as:

whether the league is full

whether your withdrawal affects match formats
-
whether a replacement player can be found in time
a small processing fee may be deducted from any approved refund.
3. no refunds after the league begins
once the league has started:

no refunds will be issued
-
no credits will be issued
-
missed matches, no-shows, or personal scheduling conflicts do not qualify for refunds
weather disruptions, court issues, or unforeseen schedule adjustments also do not guarantee refunds.
4. injuries, illness, or personal circumstances
we understand life happens, but due to scheduling and fixed court costs, we generally cannot offer refunds for:

injuries

illnesses
-
travel plans
-
work conflicts
-
personal emergencies
in some cases, a partial credit toward a future season may be considered at our discretion (not guaranteed).
5. league cancellations by flexibleleagues
if flexibleleagues cancels an entire league or significant portion of a league:

a partial or full refund may be issued
-
the amount depends on how much of the season was completed

processing times may vary
if only individual match days are canceled due to weather or court closures, refunds will not be issued.
6. partner or team issues
for partner-required leagues:

we are not responsible for a partner withdrawing
-
refunds are not guaranteed if your partner drops out

we may attempt to help find a replacement, but this is not guaranteed
7. payment processing
all payments are processed through wix payments.
if a refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method.
