flexibleleagues – terms & conditions

these terms & conditions (“terms”) govern your use of flexibleleagues (“we,” “us,” “our”) and your participation in any leagues, events, or services we provide. by registering, paying, or participating, you agree to these terms.

 

 

1. eligibility

 

  • all participants must be 18 years or older.

  • by registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate.

 

 

2. registration & payment

 

  • league registration is complete only after payment is processed through wix payments.

  • registration is first-come, first-served.

  • flexibleleagues may deny or cancel a registration if needed (e.g., incorrect info, capacity issues, conduct concerns).

 

 

3. refunds & cancellations

 

unless otherwise stated on the registration page:

 

  • all league registrations are non-refundable once the season begins.

  • before the season starts, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • if flexibleleagues cancels a league or major portion of a league, participants may receive a partial or full refund depending on circumstances.

 

(weather and scheduling disruptions do not guarantee refunds.)

 

 

4. scheduling & format

 

  • match schedules, formats, and locations are determined solely by flexibleleagues.

  • schedules are subject to change based on court availability, weather, and participation levels.

  • players are responsible for showing up on time and confirming match details.

 

we reserve the right to modify league rules if needed for fairness or logistics.

 

 

5. player conduct

 

players must:

 

  • respect other participants

  • follow facility rules

  • demonstrate good sportsmanship

  • avoid harassment, aggression, or unsafe behavior

 

we may suspend or remove players who violate these expectations. refunds will not be issued for removals due to misconduct.

 

 

6. partners & team arrangements

 

for leagues requiring partners:

 

  • it is the players’ responsibility to register with accurate partner information

  • if a partner withdraws, flexibleleagues may attempt to help find a replacement, but we are not obligated to do so

  • team pairings and divisions are finalized by flexibleleagues

 

 

7. risks & liability

 

participation in sports activities involves inherent risks, including injury.

by registering, you understand and accept that:

 

  • you participate at your own risk

  • you are responsible for your own physical well-being

  • flexibleleagues is not liable for injuries, accidents, lost property, or damages arising from participation

 

a separate liability waiver may be required.

 

 

8. website & content

 

all content on flexibleleagues.com is owned by flexibleleagues.

you agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

 

 

9. privacy

 

our use of your personal information is governed by our privacy policy.

by using our services, you agree to that policy.

 

 

10. modifications

 

we may update these terms as needed. updates become effective when posted. continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms.
